My website offers information that may assist you in your decision to seek therapy or assessment services.
I am a clinical psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
I work with adults, adolescents and children and I tailor individualised treatment plans based on the needs of my clients. In my practice, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space in which clients can feel respected, accepted, heard and understood. I aim to assist my clients in finding more constructive ways of coping with difficulties, and in developing greater self-awareness and insight, in order for them to be able to live more fulfilling lives.
To ensure comprehensive treatment, I work closely with other health professionals such as doctors, psychiatrists, and other psychologists when necessary.
I am currently in private practice at the Child and Family Centre in Parktown. I offer short and long term therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I adopt an integrative approach, using a psychodynamic orientation as well as cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy, depending on the needs of each client. I also offer specialist assessment services in forensic psychology and neuropsychology. My forensic work includes conducting medico-legal assessments for clients with personal injury claims, such as motor vehicle accident claims.
